These thieves have been using the same technique in the past: Grab a bunch of merchandise and run out of the fire exit door to an awaiting escape vehicle (the black Toyota).
This time however they were recognized by the store security who called the police. The officers found the black Toyota by the fire exit. They blocked the car in and simply waited for the thieves to come out of the door.

This is fucking awesome. I used to work at Media Play, a big-box media store a la Best Buy, back in 2000 and we only had this happen to us once. I was working in the stock room in the very back of the store and all of a sudden 3-4 dudes I've never seen before quickly rushed in. It was me and two other dudes and all we could do was yell, "hey!" as they ran past us and out the back emergency exits. One of my co-workers was on a ladder and he followed his instincts to run after them, but when he realized he was the only person running after 4 fairly large black dudes he thought better of it and just let them go on off.

I've come to the conclusion that you must be really slow in the head to resort to crime in the US. Average IQ for petty crime has to be under the 90's
