new conscripts have nothing to do with Ukraine conflict - it's a regular annual draft, same size as 2021
the "city on Russia's border" is a village - less than 20k people with no strategic significance. UAF has a way to go before breaking the siege on Sumy (an actual city)....
nobody in this video you've posted says they were conscripted. Thousands of volunteers in Donbass signed up at the start of this operation to liberate their homeland. They do obv have some complaints. 1/4 well done mate.
