It's an interesting philosophical thought experiment. Under god all man are created equal , authority is a fiction you must subscribe to by applying for your social insurance number , if it were mandatory they would just give it to you .
unfortunately you don't live in a free society , if you did you could leave whenever you choose but that's not the case .

one cannot take this "god made the rules" as a default position, because there is no evidence for the existence of (a) god(s) and their "rules" in the first place
there is (or should be) a distinction between religion and state
if we were all "equal" there would be no immigration laws
All people actually are equal under the law (or should be), lawmakers are elected in a a democratic process, so if anyone doesn't like it they can campaign to become part of the government and then make their own rules. What these leeches want is all the benefit without any responsibility.
