Went fishing for the first time in years yesterday and got 3 catfishs.
For the first time ever I decided to keep and eat them.
Everybody throws them back, as they are valued as less than shit where I live.
So I ate catfish for the first time yesterday.
Then the very first video on my Youtube feed is this.
Because Youtube knows what we are doing, man.
And it's there because I only watched one of his vids because somebody posted it here a while back.
I don't recommend catfish as a food for humans.

I should have hit Youtube first, which is now inundated with catfish vids.
Because I would have see THIS video and save myself the inexperienced mess I did in my kitchen.

Me too. Fished the gulf, Florida, only been fishing in oceans twice, caught a drum, catfish and stingray. Ate em all. Whats wrong with catfish?
