This is additional bodycam video from a previous posting where a man was acquitted of shooting back at cops that were roaming around "HUNTING" people!
Now if I recall, there were some copsucking bootlickers on here defending the cops saying "they were out past curfew and deserved to be shot". I was arguing, what if it was a family or a business owner? Well well well, turns out it WAS a business owner defending his business from looters! It is NEVER OK for cops to be driving around in unmarked vans randomly shooting at people, or as the cops themselves would say "hunting" for people. SO a nice big ole FUCK YOU is in order here!

didn't see the original post, were people seriously defending this shit? none of the people they shot at here were violent, and it's clear by their words and actions they don't care. the van they were shooting from looks unmarked, they're not using a loudspeaker or any other means to identify themselves or even instruct people, it's clearly deliberate.

that's true, however the appropriate action would be flashing lights and a loudspeaker: "this is the police! we are under curfew so you need to return home or leave the area immediately!" they haven't even tried to establish if anyone is there legitimately or not.

I posted a video covering his aquital last month. At that point we didnt know the details and only had a couple bodycams heavily edited by the cops, NOW we have all bodycam video from the lawyer. And yes, I was saying the cops were in the wrong, even though it was BLM, and without the full story. Cops cannot just roll around shooting at random people past curfew.

Came away from it better than most belive it or not. Expecting him to look like a bloody pulp considering the cops though he was shot due to the ammount of blood.

They charged him with attempted murder of police and had to go through a jury trial to beat it. Thats a year of thinking you might be going to prison for life. I hope he gets millions but at the time of his arrest, I doubt it was in his head he was getting $.

It might not be about the money, exactly. It's wrong that I went there immediately. I'd say that he looks like a man who knows he did the right thing. ie. He defended himself, his property, his employees (and possibly family) against what by all accounts appeared to be an attack by a bunch of thugs in an unmarked van. And that he complied fully and immediately with police instructions...Also, a man who heard the officers confirm, one by one, that their body cams were on. Hehehe. Good lad. Now I'm smiling and I wasn't even there.

The one I was arguing with(I forgot who) thought it was covid curfew, which is probably even worse, I got the feeling they were not from the USA. I knew it was BLM related, and I knew it was from the riots, but I was not ok with it, the cops didnt know who they were or even if they were a part of the riots. Unless there is destruction of property or threat of life, they cannot just randomly shoot at people not doing anything wrong. Like I have said many times before, I dont have a problem with BLM PROTESTS, I have a problem with riots where innocent people get hurt and damage to property was done to innocent people.
