This is fucking great! I did not support the BLM murals on city streets because the government is opening up the streets as a public forum covered under freedom of speech rights and now they must allow any and all murals! They opened up a can of worms they cant close the lid on now! 'In fact no other group of men women and children endured the cruelty of slavery like those brought to america from africa' said in response to the cops claim at 3.20. that statement doesnt deny that other slaves were brought to america but makes it look like africans were the only ones. thats half the problem there in america i think. african americans own slavery, they wont allow any talk of some other group being slaves in america and despite the fact that the statement is true i think americans need to realise that thay are just that...Americans. not african americans or irish or italian or whatever just americans..get over the bullshit of the past and move on. i suppose thats hard to do though when you live in a capitalists wet dream..

Interesting, I tried to find a percentage by ethnicity/race on slavery but was not successful, could you provide some figures?

man i really have no idea about the percentages..its over the last 400 years so its not reliable..but i know for a fact that when cromwell came to ireland he kicked everone off the land and redistributed it to loyal mostly english subjects..some estimations go as high as 100000 irish men women and children were sent as slaves/indentured servants to the americas..this was mid 1600s..im not saying that irish or whoever had it worse than the africans because that is not true but denying it happend is unfair..the worst part is that assholes use the irish slavery thing to screw over african americans when americans should be working together on improving the mess that is america socially at least...i dont get it..
