BLM is such a broad tag it covers violent protestors to a middle class white family with a BLM sign in their yard. Seems odd to give the price to a slogan rather than an actually person.
This girl, who for some reason has chosen to speak during the entire video a slightly higher pitch sarcastic tone, knows this but wants to focus on the riots only to make her point.
