there's an emergency UN Security Council session in about 5 hours to sort this out.
here's some background info: https://beckernews.com/here-are-the-documents-the-u-s-embassy-in-ukraine-scrubbed-on-biological-threat-reduction-labs-44315/

I've looked US biowarfare research before going right back to Shiro Ishii - the Jap war criminal who did live human experiments in China as head of the notorious Unit 731 & was let off the hook by the Americans in exchange for his research - and what I've found is that the Pentagon runs this stuff in complete secrecy, there's basically no civilian oversight to speak of. Without getting into too much detail, I don't expect the US to be up front at the UN at all & they're likely scrambling to delete the evidence in Ukraine right now to make sure Russia can't get it. What the US always does is say the research is "preventative" and that's a crock of shit imo. We've just seen how ready the yanks were to prevent a virus outbreak, they had one of the worst performances in the world, couldn't even make a working test kit for months. Leaving these cowboys to develop pathogens in 20-30 countries around the world with no transparency is a liability for us all imo.

oh, and US is one of the few countries who've used biological weapons before, post-wwii, and use banned chemical weapons to this day. "Trust me bro" doesn't cut it with these guys.
