Master Mind

the guy that made the vid in an idiot. he's talking about a 340 ton stone saying they didnt move it while the three blocks above it are each 800 tons

https://ashtronort.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/baalbeck-temple-trilithon-colour.jpg

now this was built between 200-300 a.d. pyramids 2700 years before that and they moved a stone that weighed over 1000 tons. and over 6 thousand years before that, people in france moved a 330 ton monolith 10km.

anyhow, one horse can pull a 9000 lbs sled. 340 tons is 680,000 lbs. 75.55555. horses. make it 100 horses to pull a 340 ton stone up a man made slope into position. no need to lift it. and that is done the dumb way. if you use a pulley system you can reduce the weight to a quarter/fifth, and shit even an 18th of the weight. just with a 4:1 pulley. 20 horses could lift that bitch.

yeah it's not really all that amazing. it just takes a lot of people and a lot of time, and ancient civilizations had both.

He has another video, think it was already posted on spiked, where he questions the time it took to build the pyramids. Very interesting and it made sense..as for this i honestly have no clue how it was done but people are resourceful when they want to be..

Hundreds of logs, dozens of levers, hundreds of men, and large wedges to stop the block from moving backwards is my best guess. for moving anyway.

Maybe they didn't lift them. They could have dug holes, dropped the blocks in then built over top then excavated outwards
