From what little I do know of him, I know he is not a politician, who cares what he says, thats like picking shit Alex Jones said 10 years ago and saying he got destroyed, who the fuck cares? When I was in Britain for two weeks I was shocked at the state of their journalism. Their TV news shows, their newspapers - conservative and liberal - they are all like this. They are all trolling gotcha oooooh lala type shit. It was fucked up reading their newspapers - the police will harrass you for misgendering on twitter but their press can spin all kinds of speculative and slanderous innuendo as long as it deals with public figures. I know you're saying how is that different from here? North America is catching up since 2016, but haven't reached the level of corn I saw in British journalism when I visited in 2012.
And to his credit, Shapiro admits himself that he got "destroyed". Wasn't prepared, got thrown because he assumed it wouldn't be adversarial, and he paid the price. She should have known - this is payback for Pierce Morgan and Ben should have seen it coming.

I've always wondered why someone would go on one of those shows to be interupted and yelled at and cut off, did not seem too civil at all and a waste of time. Must have got good ratings though. Here's the thing you gotta remember about all of this, the lamestream legacy media are scared shitless of independant journalist, their ratings are tanking, less and less people are watching them on cable networks, anyone with a youtube account can become a journalist now and get more veiwers then they can. Keep that in mind when watching this shit and it starts to make sense.

This is what he always does: make as witty and snide as wrong remarksthat cannot be debunked in a heartbeat, if called out he counterattacks, sometimes on a ridiculous level, and most of the time (not here) he gets a response that brings opponents down to his level, where he is very hard to beat.
All his remarks on climate change or transgender issues are lacking scientific base but a rectifying reply would take so long that it becomes boring to the audience and gives way too many chances for him to interrupt throwing another red herring into the discussion, of course he knows that and uses it exremely well.
