The danger to children seems obvious. Why not just be open about the fact that economic growth, convenience and other items of "collective good" associated with these changes come at a price that condemns an unlucky few individuals. A few hopefully right? Have wait 25 years and they will likely have a treatment for it by then. But why pretend it isnt true? That's what I don't get. This obtuseness might be ultimately more dangerous than the fucking radiation in the end.
