Always possible but there is a whole culture of people out there who do this regularly. Back in my restaurant days, there was always a couple of people each week who would try to pull a scam on takeout orders. The standard response was "Bring back the uneaten portion and we will pay for the eaten quantity" Noone ever showed up. Ever. The guy in the video looks more like a chew and screw type of character but I saw this happen pretty recently. Nothing surprises me anymore. Bet he left a big tip anyway.
