Is baldwin prosecuted due to his roles as actor or as producer of the film? Surely one cannot expect an actor to be responsible for that.
IMHO a competent armorer would not give out a gun with a live round (unless it was bodged to look like a dummy by someone else). So the main blame should be on her. But surely we don't have all the info.
