Funny that. Stopped watching after a ferew minutes, this is a common sense issue:
1. If you have a "bad day" you better not operate any weapon.
2. If you own or are in charge of a range the responsible thing to do is make people sign a document that police can come in and check serial numbers on guns at any time and may ask you to open boxes and bags etc.
3. If you are asked by a police officer to do certain things and think it is violating your rights record them and FUCKING OBEY, file a complaint later and maybe publish the video Hurting your idiotic pride is not as painful as a fucking bullet.
4. Race segregation is not a good idea as it is racist
