The people you work with, especially if it's in an office, are not your friends. They are your colleagues. The company I work for isn't planning to have people back in the office anytime as far as I can see to the horizon, and the percentage of office employees who want a return to office work I peg to be at about maybe 15%.

That's good. The feeling is usually mutual. I exercise a lot of tolerance and I've been needing to dial that up increment by increment as time has gone on. It's actually pretty straining and I'm glad to not have that burden in my life. It's the one positive side to all of this lockdown stuff but even though the honest truth is I prefer working remotely I don't think it's good for society as a whole.
