Anyways...we have THREE coequal branches of gov. One does NOT get to dictate how the other functions. Can you not see clearly they are fucking with Trump? Confession through projection...saying they will not micromanage the "fine" district judge THAT IS TRYING TO MICROMANAGE THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH! They are creating a constitutional crisis. The Supreme Court told them to respect the Executive branch and NOT to do this and these judges are turning their noses up to the Supreme Courts ruling.
This judge's dogmatic pontification is NOT how an appeals court should be ruling. They took an oath to make rulings based on law, NOT feelings or fucking slippery slope fallacies from his imagination.

This MS13 gangbanger was and is NOT a USA citizen. AND he had due proess. Two lower courts gave him due process and determined he needed to be deported, BUT he failed to show up. He even failed to defend himself against being a gangbanger in court. He had his due process, just not what the gangbanger lawyer on the left want. An illegal alien does NOT get the due process afforded to the citizens of the USA. THAT is what the SCOTUS said. Wrong jurisdiction. Wrong court. Wrong level of due process.
