I liked the part where Goldberg says having an urbane black president who talked down to half the country was the progress people were rebelling against with all this anti-PC nonsense.
LOL That was a good burn - FYI the channel "Think Club 2" has an HD version of the debate up without the audio/video sync issue.

Fry is a class act. This debate seemed like it went nowhere & kind of needs a follow-up debate or 2 to get past the BS. It's a good idea though. Talking about it like this is a way to break out of the echo chambers on both sides.
I hope JP does the Baptist church thing. I wanna see someone attack "you enslaved us" narrative. JP asked him (at 1:02:00) "who's this you" but it wasn't answered properly. I'm not sure if JP is the best person to crack into it but it's a burning question. Do "white people" owe "black people" anything? I wanna see THAT debate. One step at a time I guess. I'm sure the PC crowd would get offended by just asking the question.
