Re-enactment footage but had to have been some exquisite slaughter and death in WW1. Stagnant lines with trenches, machine guns, poison gas, barbed wire, artillery, grenades, planes, flame throwers, and every other death tool they could come up with. Tanks and other weapons were devised to try to solve the problem of no movement but didn't do much. All in all had to have been a jolly good time.
