Nobody won the Korean War. Around 5 million people died. 40,000 American troops, around 400,000 Chinese troops, +500,000 civilians, and the rest North and South Korean troops. Millions of North Koreans have starved to death in famines under dictatorships there since the Korean War. The end result was basically the same borders and no peace treaty.

I think you could argue that China & America won because in war the goal is to attain influence. S & N Korea lost, N Korea moreso because of the famines etc they've had since the war.
The video makes a good point about China asserting themselves though. It was a turning point in history & something to consider in future scenarios, whether Taiwan, HK, Tibet or whatever.
