When "Rocket Man" called Trump a dotard, there's no way in hell a person like Trump who exibits the vocabulary of a 7th grade girl in his Twitter rants knew what the meaning of the word was. Youknow he was immediately triggered when someone told him the meaning of the word. Especially when it actually describes him well.
