I can count on 1 hand how many people I consider legit journalists & they're all old guys with white hair who hangout in warzones & can't get published in mainstream outlets. Plus Seymour Hersh who doesn't go to warzones but he has the hair & has to publish in the London Review of Books these days, US corporate outlets won't touch him.
On the other end of the spectrum are people like Tim Pool who spends all day reading mainstream tripe which is layers of spin generated by think tankies & whatnot. Total garbage with few nuggets of information or misinformation to make it seem like it's based in reality.

That's right - Tim Pool reads mainstream news and comments on what's wrong with it. He's been doing it for more than five years. You're implying that Tim reads news and tries to sell it - he does the opposite of that. He reads from the entire spectrum of politically-charged MSM news, but most often from left-leaning news sources so he can point out what's wrong with or missing from the coverage.

He comments on the constant stream of outrage porn generated by various kinds of media. He hasn't actually done any news reporting for years until very recently. I don't think you've watched enough of his content to really know what he does. When people who hate Tim describe him on this site it's always obvious that they are repeating an opinion they got from someone else rather than one they formed on their own.
