Oh It's just a few bad apples! LOL. I live in a city of 60k in New York and we've had a cop kill his wife and himself, a cop broke into someone's house while drunk, one was arrested for DWI, one been arrested for cociane and dui, one killed a prostitutes pimp and had cocaine, one beat up a firemen, one was murdered for stealign from a drug dealer, sexual assault, one for rape, one was caught planting drugs in a car after a traffic stop, all with the past 5 years. But yeah its just a few bad apples.
