Occupational Health an Saftey regulations and language barriers will not stop China's progress.

But this game has our governments soldiers doing nasty things. Can't have that shit!

Why does it matter what fake characters do in fake stories in video games?  Sounds like your Government is just bitch made.

Could be the same concerns that cause the DoD to get involved in making video games, movies & "news". Probably more of a big brother/nanny state reason tho. To protect the kids from filth.

And F@&k the company from profits by not marketing their 'banned' product whilst pirating/hacking/cracking the shit out of it (obviously not the governments doing directly, but they know it's gonna happen either way).

Yeah it could be a F.U. to the company who made the game. Ya never know. I doubt they want to extract value from it by having people play it without paying. They probably prefer kids not to play vidya at all unless they're winning tournaments flying the national flag.

I don't think many countries take piracy seriously. I know mine doesn't. Digital piracy is just a headache for authorities. Turning kids into criminals for some harmless 1's & zero's on their hard disks isn't a high priority unless the company has influence in your country.
