MDW is about as benign as the BBC, CBS, or TVNZ. They may have some bias in their reporting, but they are far from being considered state propaganda machines by most any reasonable definition. I could go into some detail to try and explain to you what state propaganda really is and how it works, but I would not be able to help you understand it unfortunately.
