Yeah that's what I've heard a lot of companies are predicting. Problem is a lot of those second hand cards will probably have been running at max usage during mining for God knows how long. Like buying a used Mustang with a V8 that used to be a rental car, you know it has had more burnouts and neutral bombs under its belt than Amy Schumer has had twinkies in her belly. I built a rig a couple months ago and got super lucky buying directly from EVGA for MSRP in the 3-5 minute window they actually had cards available.
