Stem Cell Injections to the brain

if your neurons could replace themselves, just like the skin or gut lining, and eventually all of your original brain cells have been recycled, are you still the same person? if yes, then that implies that you are only the sum of your memories that got copied onto the new cells. but then if you stood next to a clone with the exact same memories, then wouldn't you believe that person is still a separate individual?

All your cells are replaced once you've reached a certain age. So.. are you still you?

very few of your neurons will replace hemselves, i'm assuming that a person's  consciousness only exists in their brains

yes, because they're replaced in an as-is state rather than new.

yes because from the moment when the clone is created, its experiences are different from yours.
