If you need a photo of you made to look like you're an arab person, with an added mustache and some cloth in your head then ask/pay someone with photoshop knowledge. If you want/need to know how to do it then take some photoshop classes.
Your complaint is worthless. A video like this is not about giving the answer, you have google for that. It's about giving you all the information in between. Are you new to watching videos? Does anyone actually make youtube videos 5 seconds long with just a question and the answer? :P I wonder.
