Russia buys PC Joystick for 260$ They could of saved 200$. I've seen the American military'navy use 360 controllers. Look it up(google it).. I'm not making this shit up.

this is the only possible outcome when you run a country as russia does. so much of the funds that could be used to further the country are siphoned off by putin and friends, then because so little is left to the rest, they also have to siphon bits off wherever they can (such as selling fuel and supplies meant for the military, but up to and including stealing washing machines from countries they invade), and at the end there's almost nothing at all to run the nation on.
russia could absolutely build a high tech drone factory and produce state of the art drones, but first the rulers would have to take a huge salary cut, so it won't happen.
