yeah RT isn't reporting their own sources or opinion, the source is the US house document, and that source doesn't change depending on the news outlet reporting on its content.

The email leak likely came from inside, not from Russia. Assange has said publically that the leak did not come from Russia & Seymour Hersh who tends to know what's going on in intelligence circles says it came from Seth Rich & the FBI knows it.
