"This video is at regular speed. The caterpillar was moving that fast. I spotted it while walking my dog on Panama Flats in Victoria BC Canada on August 18, 2019 at 2:14 pm PDT. The photo and video were taken with a Canon EOS 70D camera and a EFS 55-250 mm lens. Shake reduction was done with Adobe Premiere Elements 14." I played Yakity Sax in another window while watching this.
