that's brilliant for them. they also get all their knowledge and expertise with american weapons and systems, access to the actual weapons themselves in many cases since they're customers to the same companies the US military is, and even better they get access to those connections since his organisation has a long and profitable experience with US defense companies and the people who work for them.
