My biggest gripe with Omar is she seems oblivious to the crimes committed by Sunni jihadis like Free Syrian Army / ETIM. You can't just ignore that there's a problem with jihadis when they happen to be from your branch of Islam. The right path is how Tulsi does & speak out against US backing the bastards & also against the US military aggression that sets the conditions for them to grow. Omar has no problem calling IRGC behaviour terrorism, because they're Shia it would seem. Playing favourites with Muslim groups doesn't help anybody & undermines her credibility as some kind of principled voice for the oppressed.
Her silly stance of supporting impeachment can be written off as party politics & doesn't change much. It still undermines her credibility but not as much as her dodgy stance on jihadis IMO.
