Police break window to remove sovereign citizen for traveling improperly

I didnt hear anything that relates to a "sovereign citizen", all I heard was an ill-informed citizen trying to exercise his rights based on some stuff he read on the internet and failed to read the script from his phone. A "sovereign citizen" is on a whole other stratosphere thinking that the Magna Carta and Declaration of Independence gave each person the right to sovereign rule over themselves and reject the government at all levels. This guy was trying to use some misinterpreted readings from the Constitution and thinking the right to remain silent extends to every single interaction with police. So if this guy wants to invoke and recognize one part of the Constitution then he must recognize the other parts where it says that States are allowed to inact and enforce their own laws, including traffic laws, as long as the statutes dont infringe on your other rights. If they do infringe then you have to go through the courts, not on the side of the road.

I feel sad for people like this because at one point they got so fed up with being harassed, kidnapped, beaten on and stolen from by the government that they turned to the internet for help and got some bad advice. It's not like they rolled out of bed one day and decided they hate the government all of sudden and they want to rebel, NO, Im sure it was years of being ticketed for victimless crimes and having to pay exorbitant fees, having things stolen from them, maybe a tax foreclosure, who knows, but it aint good. This shows a failure of the government given the rising tide of people who are rebelling against it. This guy gets pulled over and has to sit on the side of road, gets a ticket, has to appear in court, has to pay a huge fine, and for what? A fucking seatbelt? Who the fuck is he harming, who cares if he's not wearing a fucking seatbelt? Natural selection at work here, let it do its thing. But now you will have a guy who might start carrying a gun for his next encounter with police and might kill a cop next time he gets pulled over for a fucking stupid seatbelt violation. Pick and chose your battles wisely, the government wants to fight on every little thing and its pissing people off to the point where they aint gonna take it anymore. If I was a cop I'd be afraid.
