The first video was rage and contempt of cop, the second was safety as the guy was reaching in his pockets possibly for something. DIsagree with teh first, agree with the second.

I remember when I was about 17 I was at a party and the cops showed up. They were just casually talking to us but asked that we keep our hands out of our pockets. Seemed reasonable.
but I could not stop putting my hands in my pockets. They must jave asked me 5 times to take my hands out. Stupid nervous energy or something. Glad I wasn't choke/punched.
