always knew that white people and their confederate statues were more about racism than "preserving history". Especially when they were chanting "russia is our friend.". if these racist whities knew history they would know Russia played a huge part in defeating the confederacy

if the confederate flag stood for those southern families who didn't own slaves and were against slavery then sure, but it stands for the opposite.
other guy also failed to make his point, wish he'd said "your family didn't own slaves? then this flag is not your heritage." it would win either way, since he could only keep holding onto it by admitting he was for slave owners.
