Noticed that too - after all that ridicule, Carl's ideas were implemented with just a few minor tweaks - two episodes no less. This season's Black Mirror was a bit hit and miss for me. Everyone I talked to said this show leaves you anxious and depressed. Not my experience. I find myself laughing quite often.
