They start talking about it at around 1:45:00 and go for almost an hour. My views on the subject are pretty much in line with Tim's, although I've taken a more than casual interest in it for decades now. Like Joe, Tim is looking now because people you can't smear as insane or do not have the authority to silence are saying the phenomenon is real and not imagined.

still have a tough time thinking aliens would visit. for one, the massive distance between stars, two, the abudance of other planets they could go to. three, g force in space. biological beings would turn to pancakes, anything traveling here, wouldnt be living, in our sense of it. it would be machines. four, we don't know the kind of technology thats being worked on at the moment. i've been wondering since seeing the recent ufo vids, if the military could throw a signal. like throwing a voice, if you could pick a location to simulate a jet, you can have it move at incredible speeds and do extreme manuevers
