"International airspace and international waters run 12 nautical miles from the shore line of Iran" and "this uhh global hawk drone was flying 20 miles from uhh Iranian, uhh, from the spot from where the surface to air missile was fired, so it is outside of Iranian territory according to the US military, and that is significant, and that is why the President is going to feel the need to respond."
Needless to say, by her own description, if the spot from where the surface to air missile was fired was greater than 8 nautical miles inland from Iran's shores then the drone wouldn't necessarily have been in international waters?
