antibiotics wont work on viruses. They are for bacterial infections.

No shit sherlock! If hospitals are filled with infected people and supplies are restricted or gone, you're gonna want your own in case you get an infection. I also go into deep wilderness adventures and wish I had my own antiboitics a couple of times. If you know your shit it can save you a lot of money by not having to visit a hospital.

Yeah our dumbass Vice President was asked about what people without health insurance in the USA are suppossed to do if they need to get tested or hospitalized and he ran out of the room.

Seems to be covered because it's now an 'essential health benefit'

With regard to the costs, let me be very clear, HHS has designated the coronavirus tests as an essential health benefit. That means by definition it’s covered in the private health insurance of every American, as well as covered by Medicare and Medicaid. But we’re working with members of Congress and we’ll be monitoring the cost very carefully.

Oh. That sucks. I don't know how your system works. I thought everyone had medicaid or something like that. Maybe grab some health insurance?

It's looking to be heading beyond that point though - staying healthy is one factor but managing the economic slide & change in lifestyle is another thing to consider. I reckon it's gonna get ugly. Have you seen the latest Dr John Campbell video?

The likelihood of this turning into a global depression is getting pretty high. Maybe more than 50% chance now. The workforce is gonna get slammed in any country with out of control spreading. As more tests get done in the US in the coming weeks things will become more clear but I think it's already pretty clear, it's not going to be contained.

Yeah I wouldnt qualify for government health care becuase they use the household income, not mine, and my girlfriend makes too much for me to qualify, also her job does not allow me to be covered under her family insurance unless we are married and we've been together for 12 years and have a five yr old together. Also, I am anti-governement and do not like to give them my information if I can help it.
