Asian people I talk to in the US are worried enough to want firearms now. You can't legally purchase them unless you have perminent residency or are a US citizen though. It's not so much about the racism, that's a separate issue they're dealing with. It's the danger that things could become lawless - gangs of looters etc. 450k national guard isn't enough for martial law across multiple large states if things get crazy. This is still the panic phase though, things will probably chill out.

This post is a couple of days old but I wanted to mention the fact that you cannot find bulk ammo anywhere online. Now some might look at that and be upset, but if you're like me and already a ammo stashed it's not a big deal. Once this high demand passes along with the virus there will be a surplus and ammo prices, I hope, will go bottom barrel. That's when I'm going to pick up more.

I don't consider what I have a "surplus" really. I have four AR type rifles, a couple of break action shotguns and a .22 rifle; not counting the pistols my wife and I carry. I'm waiting for this to pass when the prices to buy are going to tank due to everyone either not buying or selling off what they got because they don't think they need it anymore and are strapped for cash. I expect the ammo prices to tank as well.
I am in high spirits that there are so many people deciding to make a run on existing firearms for sale. It's evidence that people aren't complete fucking sheep and are well aware that the State cannot protect them. I'm also glad that the little tyrants are showing themselves by trying to limit people's ability to keep and bear arms. I just recently watched some faggot ass cop in NY tell the people in his little county they don't need a gun because HE will protect them. Give me a fucking break.
