Great post raining blood - essentially the same advice she got when she called the emergency animal hospital at 1:00 a.m (located in the far east end of Ottawa), which my neighbor had already taken from yours truly. I noticed the hyperactivity at 11:45 and told her it was a sign that he may have gotten into something. As a result they watched him closely and were able to figure out what he had eaten as the symptoms progressed. Vomiting was induced at 12:30 a.m. on suspicion of grape consumption, and thereby confirmed. When the animal hospital in town opened they looked him over and said Cujo had experienced mild grape poisoning - they told her to monitor the frequency and quantity of urination for signs of kidney problems. They also said had she not induced vomiting, but instead had tried to drive Cujo to the East end in a car prone to breaking down for emergency care, he would likely have died. As this guy says, the danger is that a very high percentage of dogs have no ill reaction to eating grapes and raisings - a small percentage do. And of those, little dogs are at the greatest risk for obvious reasons. Make sure you watch infants around dogs if they are eating dangerous foods.

look at your previous post when you go in to details about stuff nobody asked for. paragraphs about stuff that has a general connection to the topic on hand. you do that alot. for some reason you left this stuff out. why would you do that? seems more reasonable that you didnt do anything and now your just making it up. what vet tells you not to bring in a cold, motionless and non-responsive dog in for observation? a vet that doesn't exist and is the figment of of a persons imagination, whos desperate to deflect responsibility

You could have simply noted the time of my post - that could have tipped you off raining blood. I don't mind you digging because I understand where you're coming from. I'm very familiar with Kitchener. You have my sympathy.
