Fathers are not second class parents

Wait, Judge Judy says fathers are NOT second class parents? The current judicial system could have fooled me. Fathers get bashed in court regularly.

LOL, Judge Judy is just entertainment and does NOT reflect reality. Courts and cops almost always side with the mother no matter what! I almost went on the Judge Joe Brown show years ago until the other guy backed down. They were going to pay for the plane tickets and pay for whoever wins as long as we dropped the "real" case and let them handle it. These shows are NOT legally binding and NOT based in legal land at at. They are just entertainment shows.

My case was pretty funny if anyone wants to know. I was trying start a small vending machine business and I had just delivered a machine to my house but left it outside on the front porch because it was late and I was tired to bring it in. My roommate said I shouldnt leave it out because it might get stolen, to which I said "yeah a group of crackheads with 5 shopping carts are going to steal it". Yeah well it got stolen. I immediately went to the scrap yard and found it sitting nice and pretty on top of the scrap heap with the front all caved in. The yard keeps drivers licences on record, probably for this very reason. Cop showed up, took down info and said he'd get back to me. 5 days go by and I hear nothing so I start calling. After hours of being on hold and given the run around Im told they wont charge the guy because he said he thought it was garbage. So I pulled a Karen and called the mayor and the chief of police saying this sets a bad precedent for future criminals knowing all they have to say is they thought something was garbage and they get away with it. My city has a lot of crime so the cops just didnt care. The Chief gets his guys to charge the guy. I go to the court date and wait for hours for the every case to go by and no sign of the guy, I ask the prosecutor about the case and he said he dropped the charges because he didnt think the jury would convict. Im guessing this guy is a snitch or has family in police or some shit cuz this is an easy peasy case to win. Anyways, the DA told me to sue the guy. So I file a small claims and then the Joe Brown show calls. In the end I had a life emergency and couldnt handle dealing with that shit anymore and I just dropped it.

All Judge Your Name Here "legal" shows are bullshit. Even hearing a female judge berate a woman about a father not being a second class citizen in a mock courtroom is absolutely ridiculous. Women win this every time unless the woman is a crackhead murderer-if she has money, she still wins. I've seen some friends get made to look like fools for even trying to address custody of their children in court when the woman is a disaster as a parent.

Yup, 18 yr old me had to wrestle my shotgun out of the hands of my 22 yr old roommate before he off'ed himself because of that shit. He unfortunately got a construction job making $25/hr as a day laborer for a short term building project, when it left he got a job as a cashier, the fucking courts made him pay as though he still had the construction job as they consider that his "potential earnings". I went through the same shit. Working at labor ready making $40/day doing construction work and getting half taken out for child support is pretty demoralizing. I never had an "on the books" job after that and I havent paid/filed taxes in 15 years becuase of that. The state required my ex to file child support in order to receive WIC benifits. So it wasnt a vindictive sort of thing. We were in highschool.

Sorry to hear. So much energy wasted. I can only imagine how discouraging your experience is with the system designed to protect you.
