This WHO doctor can't answer because China considers Taiwan a rogue state, and it can't be acknowledged as a separate entity (if you're in China or you're a bought a paid for chill for China). It has come as a shock to a lot of people here but not to me. You just needed to pay attention to people for the last 10 years. A large bloc of this country is made up of people who are stupid beyond belief. The Kardashians, pro wrestling, and NASCAR are more important to them than life itself. They are easily conned by even the most obvious scam artist. Trump will win the next election. People are becoming less intelligent if anything.
