In Venice, Italy on June 7, 2019, a cruise ship narrowly missed running aground and destroying a smaller ship when a tugboat on full power pulled it away from the calamity.

I imagine the strong winds played a part in that (along with a captain f-ing up).  It can be challenging parking a normal sized boat in strong winds, and cruise ships have a lot of freeboard so they're basically a big sail catching the wind.
