Cops let dog chew on person not resisting

SO, tell me again why those "sovereign" citizens are just crazy people trying to get out of a ticket, tell me again why its NOT just people getting fed up with the Injustice system? For every ONE video you show me where a cop is doing his job correctly and according to the constitution and I'll show you 100 videos where cops are NOT.
