Malignaggi was world champ at 140lb & at 147lb with a career records of 36 wins & 8 losses. I'm no expert but I've seen a bit of criticism about sparring him in preparation for Mayweather. The power & skill are hardly comparible.
I'm picking Floyd will knock Conor out very easily in this upcoming fight. Just not sure what round it'll happen.

That's likely, but I think there's also a chance that one of them will get frustrated during the fight and do something stupid, resulting in a disqualification.
