Managing a hotel I know all about bed bugs. We typically get about 4 to 5 cases of bed bugs per year and I run a high end hotel near the university of Notre Dame so we get travelers from all over...and so many of them are carrying these little pricks with them. Typically we discover that a room has bed bugs by a guest complaining about it a day or two later and then we pay a company to come and essentially fog-bomb the room, which can put the room out of service for anywhere from 4-5 days.
