After talking at a party, Kevin Spacey had asked him come with him outside and have "a cigarette" and grabbed his balls. Ari Behn said "eh maybe later", and that was it. This is the point where everyone started laughing in the interview. He even praised Kevin Spacey as a great guy and actor afterwards. No tears, just laughter.

People are connecting dots with Spacey's video and Ari's death, but ignore the fact that the holidays is high season for suicides and many are confronted with the fact of how alone they are. Ari is recently divorced from a member of the Royal family. He was an artist who struggled with mental issues throughout his life.
Kevin Spacey also made a video for Christmas last year, it's now apparently an annual thing, whatever he is trying to prove to whomever he may be referring to.
