Dont know how I missed this release, only been waiting for it to come out for 2 years. I used to play AOE2 and 3 A LOT, like I lost a semester of college because I got addicted. Mastered every civ and knew how to shave off seconds to my build orders, competed with the top tier players. Anyone play? Anyone played AOE4?

Played it and got bored within 2 hours. Somehow it doesn't have the infinite playability of AOE2

I bet it it is shit because they tried to make it compatible on xbox. You cannot compete with a mouse when you have to manage so much shit and move around the map so much. im noticing a lot of games getting dumbed down to make the compatible for counsel and pc.

I played as part of the Xbox Games pass subscription which I had a free 3 month trial account for. I am glad that I didn't buy it..

I think I need a better cpu. I stop playing that game because of the rediculous long loading screens. I had the game installed on a pretty decent SDD. Still 4-5 minute long loading screens. (This was right at the release)
