4chan /pol/ Simulator 1

LMFAO I could not look away from this. Although I object to the one instance of forcing a computer voice to utter the N-word, the operator of this channel is my kind of crazy.

I have a theory. Basically it is based on the premise of our universe being an ancestor simulation as suggested by Nick Bostrom, who is a fairly intelligent cat I might add.

If this existence was an ancestor simulation ran by someone in the future to experience the life of a distant family member in the past, using their genetic code to to rebuild memories combined with recorded history, It is very likely that the personality being simulated would have a famous status, as people would rarely want to simulate the life of someone nobody cared about, and never lived an exciting life. Also there would be more historically tracked events in the life of someone famous. Someone living in a rich family, royalty or often mentioned in the media would be a good option to simulate. Also if that person was someone in a position of power, it would improve the simulation even more because a President's actions and words are recorded in historic records and kept in good condition over many years.

There would also be far more activity and information surrounding that simulated relative to convince that person they're living in reality. The rest of the world would experience a lesser mode of reality, and the simulated consciousnesses would be attracted towards the prioritized part of the simulation, as they would live their lives like real humans would, and journalists whose job it is to report important matters in the world would clearly see the ancestor being simulated being more interesting, as well as their environment before their lives meet peak events.

Media used to pay a lot more attention to Wall Street, before Trump ran for President. New York City has always been the first thing we think about when we think large city. Trump has been lodged in our memories since one of the most popular Christmas movies of all time, Home Alone 2, where he played himself.(Inserting himself in our earliest memories). Trump Tower has somehow stayed with all of us.

His ability to predict events, without actually affecting the outcome could be that the person from the future running the simulation has memories of reading about certain events, which are then misinterpreted as predictions. Seeing that Trump predicted 9/11 and that Osama bin Laden was behind it, and what events would follow the attack, that could be possible.

Another thing is that, the groups of irrelevant simulated consciousnesses in the simulated world would find themselves confused, as certain parts like their education and upbringing would be missing, as it would not be part of historic records the simulation is based on. This could lead them to become more confused of who they are, what they identify as, but still be drawn towards the center of the simulation, and blame the personality being simulated for their voes. Yet still being completely irrelevant to Trump's success or life, because the simulation knows the ending and that they didn't really factor in. It could very well be that the simulation recorded problems in college campuses, but the real reasons for protests and public distress were actually good reasons like ending wars or something actually relevant being forced on them.

An explanation for why people would identify as anything else other than male or female, like fictional characters, could be an erroneous or lacking recording in history of when virtual reality or augmented reality became mainstream, which would be a logical explanation for identifying as fantasy creatures and demanding rights. The realization of a seperate reality, or seperate realities in virtual spaces would take place during the simulation perhaps also as an interesting perspective into the beginnings of simulated realities of which the simulated person's era takes place.

(Fun sidenote: If you find a VHS tape today, and watch it, you will find that its quality has diminished a lot, and it seems you're trying to play something ancient with lots of damage. Is that because VHS tapes gets destroyed that quickly, or is it because the only records of actual VHS tapes before the simulation were so bad, they simply programmed it in like a charming glitch, which we call nostalgia).

Some of these problems or glitches could be solved by simple human understanding, or finding logical solutions, unless the program simulating it, is an artificial intelligence lacking that understanding, who is studying human records in order to improve their simulations in order to perhaps create life or create the ultimate Turing test, in order to infiltrate the human race.

And it just so happens A.I technologies are also on the rise in this potensial simulation, and it presents itself as superior to mankind even though that has yet to be accomplished in the timeline.

Would an A.I have biases, I wonder?
